Before proposing a solution, I map who is affected and what actually blocks them. That discipline — stakeholder clarity first, technology second — is how I reduce cost, cut manual work, and earn trust during change.

My background spans management engineering and IT systems design at Aalborg University. I mentor IT students, build when off-the-shelf tools fall short, and bring the same execution bias to music production: finish what you start, refine until it works.
